Pogift is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool: it connects to a LinkedIn account you provide, sends a capped number of connection requests per day, and helps you discover and track prospects through a dashboard. Separately, Pogift's underlying source code is available for purchase as a one-time lifetime license (see Section 6).

Signing up creates a private account isolated from every other user's data. New accounts get 7 days of free access to the hosted dashboard. After 7 days, hosted access is suspended automatically — there is no automatic charge, no credit card is collected at signup, and nothing recurs. Continued hosted access beyond the trial is not currently offered; buying the codebase license (Section 6) is a separate, one-time purchase and does not extend or restore hosted trial access.

Pogift automates actions — sending connection requests on your behalf — that LinkedIn's own User Agreement does not officially permit. Using Pogift is done at your own risk to the LinkedIn account you connect.

To reduce that risk, Pogift caps sending to a fixed, human-paced number of connection requests per day and keeps a stable browser session and dedicated proxy per account. None of this eliminates the risk: LinkedIn may still restrict, rate-limit, or permanently ban an account it flags for automated activity, regardless of how conservatively that automation is paced. Pogift makes no guarantee — express or implied — that your LinkedIn account will remain unrestricted, and is not responsible for any restriction, ban, or other action LinkedIn takes against an account you connect.

Do not connect a LinkedIn account you are not willing to risk losing. If you are connecting an account on behalf of an organization, get explicit sign-off from whoever owns that account first.

You agree not to use Pogift to:

• Send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive messages;
• Target or scrape prospects in violation of applicable law;
• Share or resell your account access to another party;
• Attempt to circumvent the per-account daily sending cap; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the hosted service or other users' accounts.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Your LinkedIn email and password are used only in memory, once, to establish the connection to your account — they are never written to disk, a database, or a log. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what Pogift does store and for how long.

Separately from hosted access, Pogift's source code is available for a one-time purchase of $1,000, with an optional $500 setup-and-deployment add-on. This purchase grants a license to the codebase as it exists at time of sale, for you to self-host and modify — it is a source-code license, not continued access to the hosted pogift.com dashboard, and does not unlock or extend a hosted trial account. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments; Pogift does not see or store your payment card details. Delivery of the code is handled manually after purchase, not automatically.

Digital goods of this kind are generally non-refundable once the code has been delivered, except where required by applicable law. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about fit for your use case.

Pogift is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pogift and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the purchased codebase, including — without limitation — any LinkedIn account restriction, data loss, or lost business arising from either.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use Pogift after a change means you accept the updated terms.
